Fishmonger's Honest Seafood: Experience Fresh and Flavorful Seafood in Holly Ridge

We purchased the Valentine's Day dinner package. It was outstanding from the service with Dallas and Kenzy to the atmosphere. They went above and beyond to make this night perfect. The food was amazing as well. The prime rib you could cut with a butter knife. The topping of the evening was the strawberry cheesecake topped with two chocolate covered strawberries. Thank you for making our evening so nice.

Amazing dining experience to enjoy local seafood! Large, inviting space for events and groups, and also a great spot for a date night or hanging out with friends. Service was excellent from beginning to end. Loved the small details like whipped salted browned butter for the bread. We started with some refreshing cocktails, and the NC oysters were delicious with a little squeeze of lemon. The Catch of the Day was perfectly cooked and seasoned with a ton of flavor. Absolutely loved the seasonal ingredients accompanying the fish: sweet corn puree was velvety, squash were nicely roasted, and grits were creamy. We also had the crab stuffed flounder, which was prepared beautifully with sweet crab and flavorful mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. We finished our meal with a perfectly tart lemon meringue pie. Will definitely return to try more of the menu!

Stopped in for lunch last Saturday. We sat outside on the covered patio. Weather was beautiful and the outside dining was peaceful. Restaurant was very clean and staff was so nice. Our food was AMAZING! We will definitely go back because I want to try everything! We had crab dip, fried flounder and the catch of the day which was grilled mahi. Cold beers on tap and the bartender was so helpful and let me try a few new ones to see what I liked.

Excellent food Have the shrimp plate very very tasty And my wife had the oysters she really liked And for dessert, we got the apple empanadas. They were really really good crunchy on the outside and hot and savory on the inside. They were very short staffed… But Dallas, the manager did a great job taking care of us

We celebrated my mother in law’s 80th birthday and everything was perfect! Dallas was amazing and made us feel right at home. We were allowed to decorate our private room to make it extra special and he was there every step of the way. We never felt rushed and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress free evening. The entire experience was truly a night to remember forever. Highly recommend!!!!

Went out for an adult evening with wife and another couple. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant. High quality ingredients, entree choices and pairings were top notch. Highly reccomend crab dip for an appetizer as one of the best I have had in awhile; perfectly balanced and creamy. I had the grilled mahi and wife had crab stuff flounder. For those looking for a higher end seafood restaurant and not just fried offerings, this restaurant has a lot of appeal. Will be back.

Delicious flounder and blueberry crumble cheesecake . The roasted potatoes were perfectly prepared! Fun atmosphere and a great staff. Definitely recommend this place! I will be going back!

Undoubtedly the best calamari that I’ve ever had!! It was light, tender, and seasoned perfectly Shrimp deviled eggs are something that I’ll absolutely be making at home. The crab stuffed flounder honestly made me pause and consider all the other seafood that I’ve had in a long life of seafood. I say this with all sincerity, it is top three all day long!! The fish was cooked perfectly, and the flavors were deep and on point. But the most enjoyable part was the blueberry tiramisu!! I wanted to buy all they had left. Kicking myself that I didn’t And all of that in a beautiful setting with attentive and happy staff. Wish I had found this place sooner!
